What compliment do you think I hear the most? I feel like Hector would get compliments on his hair. Also, it's well-dressed, and so I think Hector has good hair, well-dressed. I think Hector probably gets nice hair. The initial compliment for most people to Hector would be, "Hey, nice hair, man." Probably, I would think about how good his hair is on a regular basis because I don't have any, so I tend to pay attention to it. I don't know, Hector's just like a really nice guy. He's one of those guys that when you're around him, you're immediately comfortable. He's just easy. People in the industry professionally will compliment his color grading. It's just out of the park, phenomenal. The compliment I hear the most, either you have nice hair or you dress nice, you have really nice hair.

I think if I could fix one thing in the world, I would just want it to be a more equitable world. I would.

If we're talking about the United States, I would like better access to health care. I think I would want everybody to assume the best about the other person. I think if you start with having every individual look at another individual and say like, I see you for who you are and I trust your experience and I trust that you're trying to do your best, I think that would fix a lot of problems. I think it would start there and then it would kind of go out from there. I think I'd take away money. No money. I would also agree money. If we could eliminate economic gain as like the core motivation of most things, we would all just be in a better place. I think if you just took it away, just level the playing field maybe. We had this one life and some people have to spend it in like just absolute hell and I think that's terrible. I think everyone deserves a fair chance at having a decent life.

- Sarah's really great with sort of shielding us from all the kind of behind the scenes, back and forth with clients and kind of letting us handle creatives. - Sarah kicks ass. She's pretty awesome. - The energy that Sarah brings to her room takes like stress away. Makes her room comfortable. - Just always making sure that everything is running smoothly. - I admire Sarah's grit.

Sarah does not stop. She doesn't give up. - Like in a professional setting, I feel like there's all these like high stakes and these like high standards. And I feel like when Sarah enters a room, all of that just like sort of washes away. And we're just like being real and we're being people. And I really, really like that about Sarah. She brings humanity to the room. - She's a fighter. And I think that that's probably the thing I admire most.
